Refund Policy

Refunds for baked are generally not accepted due to their perishable nature, but customers may be entitled to a refund if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you have a complaint about taste, texture or hygiene, you should notify us as soon as possible, preserve the product and give us the opportunity to inspect it.
